How can I place an order?
You can email an official purchase order with company letterhead or individual details to sales@bestech.com.au or fax to +613 9551 5541.
How can I make a payment?
Direct Deposit – Bank details will be provided on our Proforma Invoice.
Credit Card – We accept Visa, MasterCard with no surcharge for payment prior to despatch the order and Amex with 3% surcharge.
Bank Cheque – Payable to “Bestech Australia Pty Ltd”.

What are the delivery charges?
The cost will depend on the weight and size of the package and will be provided on a case to case basis. Alternatively, you can also nominate your own freight forwarder.
What are the warranty policies?
Bestech Australia offers a 12-month warranty against any manufacturing defect. The unit will need to be returned to base. This warranty does not apply to any units that have been modified or misused.
