Leak Testing

Sealtick offers multiple systems that are designed for leak testing. Our leak test equipment has helped manufacturers to achieve consistent product quality and testing efficiency for over 15 years. Here are some of the products we offer and their leak testing methods.

TSE2032 Water Bath Integrity Tester:
The TSE2032 Water Bath Integrity Tester uses a vacuum and a submersion testing technique to identify leaks. The leak will appear as a stream of bubbles. Using this method will identify and generally locate leaks in submersible packages quickly.

TSE6081b Flexible Package Integrity Tester:
The TSE6081b Flexible Package Integrity Tester is a larger system designed for leak testing flexible packages. The trolley-based design means larger packages (up to 600x500mm) can be tested. It is capable of detecting holes that are as tiny as 10 micron in diameter.

TSE6084 Can Integrity Tester:
The TSE6084 Can Integrity Tester tests cans for leaks. It can detect holes in cans that are as tiny as 15 microns in diameter and can accommodate cans made from tin, cardboard, or composite materials.

TSE6086b Flexible Package Integrity Tester:
The TSE6086b Flexible Package Integrity Tester is designed for leak testing flexible packages. It is capable of detecting holes that are as tiny as 10 microns in diameter. Designed primarily for testing food packages, this system works best with packages that have dry contents and a “head-space” of air (or MAP gases).
